It's hard to say what my favorite thing is about working at LeafLink. I love the people here, they're all so passionate about growing the business, it's a pleasure to work with them! We also have a lot of fun team events that promote a great culture and getting to know each other better. The business itself is positioned for tremendous growth, due to product market fit and impeccable timing in a developing industry. LL is a great place to grow your career. The culture is very execution-driven, so you are able to take on more things by proving success at your core responsibilities. You are able to propose new strategies and see your ideas come to life, which allows you to learn a lot on the job.
Cons
This is a fast-paced environment that doesn't have the type of "structure" that some people from corporate environments are used to. I've seen some people struggle with the transition, so I would say it isn't for everyone.
