The product is great, business is booming, unique position in the market

Cons

Felt like jr high. Gossipy people, immature founder. Beyond his great idea, is incredibly unremarkable and uninspiring. My manager was incompetent and received no support in a management position. They desperately needed oversight and didn't get any. They got the job done but were abysmal at leading. Management is dismissive of any ideas that did not align with their own.

Great communication and access to leadership team High performing and smart coworkers True passion - everyone cares about what they are doing Laidback work environment Autonomy and a culture of trust Opportunity to be on the ground floor of a brand new industry Solid product with limited competition (for now)

Cons

It's a startup, so you're going to have to work hard and care about the company to succeed. If you're looking to clock in and out, this probably isn't the place for you.
