Pros

- Everything from the mission, the culture, and the people. There is no company out there like it and an amazing place to be. Everyone at LeagueApps cares about your success and will do anything to help you along the way. I've learned so much and gained invaluable skills moving forward in my career.

Cons

- Sometimes it's hard to get a view of the overall mission getting lost in the day to day grind. But when taking a step back and seeing how much the company has grown and accomplished, it's always worth the hard-work and dedication.

Pros

This is more than just a job, it is our own little family. It is amazing to see us all believe in something so inspiring and worthwhile. Music is always playing and you can see the occasional rap battle as morning motivation!

Cons

We all work long hours, since it is a start-up. Things can be a little disorganized too but management is working hard on tightening up policies.
