      Pros

      Teachers are valued and treated with respect. Teachers are never expected to prove themselves, only improve themselves. The best interest of the child is always top concern when making decisions, changes, and improvements. The district brings in top consultants for trainings and supports teacher learning in many ways.

      Cons

      Parents are given a little too much control- can get whatever they want. Behind in technology. Pay could use improvements.

      They offer opportunity to all and hire those who may need a 2nd chance

      Cons

      Do not seem to understand that as a school bus driver we carry cargo more precious than gold. Thier salary levels for driving are substandard and opportunities for advancement seem to be only for a select.

      Pros

      Great leadership at all levels. Did a good job of setting the teachers up for success. The resources for teachers in Leander is also great.

      There is a lot of red tape
