Pros

I worked here for 9 years because I loved the people I worked with and the kids and the families. We were like a family.

Cons

Corporate only cares about money and cutting labor. They only look at numbers and don’t care about what happens with the kids. The pay is ridiculously low as I was only paid around $23/hr as an assistant director and having worked there 9 years. Because of worries of going over labor teachers have minimal time to work on curriculum and because of low staffing it is difficult to get help when needed and to get time off when needed.
