Pros

The only good thing was the kids. I loved caring for the children and conversing with the parents

Cons

Where do I start? This company does not care for the children. All they care about is money. Many of the rooms I was in lacked so much, from educational toys to supplies. Every center I was in there was at least one or two teachers that were abusive towards the kids. When I reported my concerns to management, they got rid of me and moved me from center to center. They hire whoever they want and whoever they can get and then throw them to the wolves. No training or support. I was constantly bullied by other staff. I made little to no SSL or PTO. I had no work-life balance, next to no paycheck since they don't pay you a living wage, and I was constantly stressed and burned out. I had to quit because my mental health was shot. RUN do not walk away from this company!!!!! Big mistake!!!!
