This is upsetting to hear. Learning Care Group is committed towards ensuring a supportive work environment for all employees, where everyone is able to enjoy a positive, inclusive and welcoming environment and is enabled to be successful at work. Thank you for your feedback.

Pros

The company adapted a fully remote structure, which I see as a huge asset. There is some flexibility in your work schedule, which is ideal for working parents. The company also offers a child-care discount. The mid-level leadership is strong and passionate and makes this a great place to work.

Cons

The senior leadership is more reactive than proactive. There are often what feels like knee-jerk initiatives to try and solve short-term challenges and drive quick results on paper.
