Pros
Health benefits very competitively priced for the employee. Free lunch is a nice perk. Fun atmosphere. Global presence. A leadership team is being built to support and foster company growth and maturity. This will ultimately lead to more opportunities for current employees. The work/life balance is good and trust me I know what a bad one looks like and this ain't it. Marketing efforts being increased which will help make selling the company easier.
Cons
US presence is small, but growing. The small size of the US business does leave multiple functions being handled by corporate which can be frustrating, but as the US business grows more responsibility will shift to the US creating opportunities for current employees. It will just take time and being small and growing does cause change and change can lead to stress.
