Pros

Leaseweb US values it's employees and that shows through many different avenues from the great benefits we receive to the wonderful care packages our HR Team is always sending out. Leaseweb US has been listed int he top 10 Places to Work for a few consecutive years now.

Cons

Career development and career paths are lacking, but they provide tools to guide you through the path of development. Upward mobility is lacking, but it is a smaller company and dedicated employees are considered first and foremost when positions become available

Pros

-Great company to work for; challenges and opportunities to shine are abundant, the staff works very closely together and supports one another; Leadership Team overtly shows care for the staff; Very transparent operation; promotion from within the company is a paramount concern for the Leadership Team as evidenced by the many employees that have been offered opportunities and accepted. Free lunches as well as many Team Building and Fun & Pride activities are arranged for the staff. Everyone here seems to enjoy their jobs and the colleagues that they work with.

Cons

Better emphasis on one- on - one meets as well as career development. Would like to see more individual accountability. The office is small and cramped so the noise level gets a little rowdy at times but it is always because we are allowed to cut up and have a good game of foosball or a few minutes of downtime.

Cons

Not every department has the same opportunities (if your are an Engineer or Sales it's great) Stil part of large European corporate which slows down decision making
