Pros
- A couple verticals from the company perform above average including the machine cutters because they are a hardware company. - There are some bright people here, but are overshadowed by the harsh reality of a few members from the leadership team.
Cons
- Ask them to provide you with the turnover rate for new sales team members in the company. - Ask your hiring manager to walk you through how GAP points or commission work. Ask how many members of the team each reached their goals. - Cultural barriers are real here. Decisions are made unilaterally by one person who is always right & the smartest person in the room. - Be extremely cautious of joining the software teams. - Look at the stock price the past 6 month.
