      Pros

      Ledcor is great in so many ways. They have supported and promoted me and provided me with training whenever i asked for it. I have been fortunate to be able to work under some very influential and talented people. I really enjoy working here.

      Cons

      I think they carry a lot of baggage when they should just trim that fat.

      Pros

      Good work, good benefits ,good people. Overall enjoyable experience. There are established programs for career development, safety practices. There is also good variety in project scope and you get the chance to work with a diverse group of people.

      Cons

      Long hours. Sometime the corporate culture has favortism with certain people. It's not publicly listed which makes its operation and disclosure semi opaque
