If you are a hard worker, it will not go unrecognized. They are big on promoting from within and they pay higher than their competitors. With that being said with more money, comes more responsibility. So expect to work. The benefits are unmatched!

Cons

No cons really. This company is not for the weak! You must have a strong work ethic to make it. They have high expectations as they should! They want the best because they give the best in return.

Compensation is very good. If you are passionate about people with mental health issues or addiction, it is a great place to work and really help that population. The job itself is really easy and you get paid good.

Cons

Communication from management is poor. Company really cares about bringing in money no matter what it takes. No system for raises really.

Cons

A little unorganized due to understaffing and high employee turnover rate. Work commute and parking isn’t so great since it’s up in the hills.
