They pay is the only Pro

Cons

Their wasn't any structure. The team was managed by "strong hand of fear". Painting the owners as the "Big Bad Wolf'. It could be in order to avoid taking accountability or poor management skills. There is not a real support systems for the employees. It appears that only the favorites have job security .

Pros

Decent Pay, 12-hour shifts so only 3-day work week

Cons

I was given advice from the owner and that advice was, "Keep your head down." There is clear favoritism. The owners watch staff on camera to an extent that is creepy. The work environment is uncomfortable if your a woman or a part of the LGBTQ community. I was harassed by a shift leader and the owner said he would talk to him, and then promoted him.
