Slightly competitive pay and they do care about the well-being of the clientele

Cons

Everyone was Throwing each other under the bus. Too many chiefs and not enough Indians. Their training is pretty terrible and coworkers get mad when you don’t know what to do

I love the work that I do at Legacy. I love getting to know clients and seeing like-minded people striving to do better. It doesn't always work out that way but it is rewarding work.

Cons

The staff members get too invested in the company gossip. It can become toxic real quick.
