Pros

Family oriented. Compassionate with employees as well as with our clients needs. We get 12 sick annual days and 5 annual personal days. Casual dressing allowed.

Cons

Paralegals and support staff have not had a salary increase in 7 years. No Christmas bonus and we have to pay for our own Christmas Party!

Great colleagues and management, very rewarding work helping people, the management takes the attorneys and union members concerns into consideration to try to make the position work best for everyone.

Cons

Work many hours for the pay, you have to do it for the love of the job, not the money. Obviously, they have budget struggles at times and that can be reflected in the "extras" like running out of office supplies when money is tight. But overall, they are able to work with what they have.
