Good benefits, great for entry level

Pros

Starting salary is higher than most for new grads, benefits are amazing, unionized, unique job and can be very rewarding and interesting.

Cons

There is not a lot of support from higher ups, communication sometimes isn't great between attorneys and non-attorney staff, lots of travel on subway. Sometimes you have to work on the weekend or stay late.
