Pros

The benefits are excellent. The culture is relatively laid back; you can joke with your bosses and wear jeans to work. Both staff and management are passionate about the work and genuinely concerned about equity and justice.

Cons

Salaries are lower than they would be at for-profit companies. Morale also tends to be low partly because of the low pay but also because of tense relationships between union leadership and management.

Pros

Great experience with regular salary increases, good benefits

Cons

Severely understaffed to the point of malpractice, management treats attorneys like children, very unprofessional culture, no respect for staff, homophobia, sexism, and racism exist in trial offices

Pros

The work-life balance for a desktop support is fairly easy considering the job is your average 9 - 5 PM job. The pay is a little above average which is amazing and the community is outstanding

Cons

The day can go by slow if there aren't any tickets to complete
