extremely small work areas, high pressure - very busy, very much underpaid - company seems to promote from outside instead of within, severe lack of training and product knowledge, management is to busy to communicate,

Catered lunch & snacks are a nice. It helps ease the burden of the insanely low pay.

Cons

There’s being an agile company with strategic change for growth and then there’s this company with frequent and chaotic change just to chase a buck.

Snacks….but also is stuffing your face all day with snacks really a pro.

Cons

5 days in office. They limit when you can use your PTO. Very inefficient internal systems.
