      Toxic Racist and Unethical

      Benefits are good that is literally it.

      Wow where do I start? Extremely toxic work environment. Leadership is very very crooked. Every single person who lost a job during my time there was not white. Leadership cover up for one another and are very unethical. Pressured to report incorrect results to make outcomes look good. Zero work culture, zero professionalism. My manager would smoke cigarettes during our 1-on-1's. A joke of a company and Leadership is even a bigger joke. Lol! SOOO happy to be done with them. Do yourself a favor and RUN! Any other company will put this one in their back pocket.

      Sinking ship…don’t join unless you’re desperate

      Pros

      Decent pay and benefits and most of the people are nice (watch out for some of the toxic ones though)

      Cons

      Upper management is either from Intuit or from industries that have nothing to do with legal or even helping small business owners. Culture is rather toxic with unqualified people being put in leadership positions who can’t really lead either because they don’t understand the business or just aren’t qualified.

      Leadership lacks integrity

      Not much risk taking as the company prefers being followers in the space by building competitor look alike products

      Cons

      New C members have zero prior experience in these roles. The lack of experience shows as they don’t seem to be able to make up their mind on what the key priorities are without changing them after they’ve been communicated to everyone. Some leaders that have been here for a long time have climbed the ladder within this company and moved into new roles without integrity, by using every chance they get to speak ill of their peers and other members that they don’t consider important, within their department and across other functions to make themselves look good and operate in the I know everything fashion.
