Very difficult environment

Pros

On some level there is a true sense of dedication to the company’s mission to make the law accessible to all people at an affordable price.

Cons

Disorganization within the company makes it very difficult to deliver on that mission. Lots of infighting between departments, new leadership is largely MIA or with their head in the clouds. And there is no respect for the longtime employees who built this company. The new people came in and just took credit for it all (and were paid millions for a couple months at the company when it went public). Turnover is very high.

Pros

Bagels on Fridays Cakes once a month Glendale office was in a pretty good location with plenty of restaurants and shopping centers around it.

Cons

Pretty bad culture with a lot of finger pointing. Understaffed where people are putting 10+ hours day to make the unrealistic deadlines. The management decides when the deadlines are. Team leads/architects don't help at all and you are on your own with the project without a clear understanding of the larger picture. Not competitive salary.
