Terrible Place To Work

Business Outlook

Pros

Pay is somewhat decent than other companies.

Cons

• Management is sloppy & irresponsible. • Workplace is disgusting equipment doesn’t work. • Management expects for you to do the job last minute, with missing equipment, & in a timely fashion. • Unfair to employees. They will write you up for anything and fire you for anything. • Supervisors are not to be found for help. No one in this company will help you. Everyone are either young & don’t care or dumb & don't understand.

Pros

Good experience with cell processing equipment Lower level employees are great and make the place as decent as it can be The big picture of what is done there for patients is great

Cons

Management displays petty toxic behavior towards employees No organization or preparation- last minute tasks being thrown onto already busy operators Long days in cleanroom and unnecessary additional tasks make the days even longer Process improvement "investigations" don't result in actual improvements

Pros

Biotech is one of the best fields to work in, and Genetic and Cellular Cancer Treatment with Legend Biotech is one of the best places to be right now to learn, grow, and develop one’s skills in an advanced and rapidly expansive manufacturing cell therapy lab. There are a lot of opportunists, the culture is healthy, and the benefits are ample as far as time off, bonuses, salary increases, etc.

Cons

The only con I could think of is that if you do not push to learn new things, you will not be as recognized as those who are more accustomed to stepping up and learning more/advocating for themselves, which can be said for any work environment, especially one that is expanding as rapidly as Biotech.
