Everything. The way the conduct work, the people, the place. Favoritism is 🔑 for success here. If u don’t kiss 🍑, you’re stuck

Savings patients lives is a worthy cause

Cons

Management is toxic and consistently has unachievable expectations, no work life balance. Pay is ok but it’s not worth the poor culture tradeoff. Company cares about its patients at the expense of its staff
