      Pros

      Work life balance. Work with awesome people (that's core to what keeps me here). New CEO is putting foot in the sand and making hard decisions to make us better. Adjustments are being made. There is a clear vision for the company and who we want to be in the future.

      Cons

      This transition period is hard. Lots of change. Lots of adjustments, some that may appear we are going backwards however in cases like these, it does have to get worse before it gets good because sometimes things have to be redone or undone.

      Pros

      The integration of maxIT and Vitalize combined a wealth of experienced and knowledgeable consultants. Leidos worked very diligently to combine two firms that already had an established culture.

      Cons

      The decrease in the market did not allow the time needed for Leidos to restructure enough to decrease the overhead. Rather than looking at ways to control the layers of overhead the organization looked for ways to decrease the salaries of the consultants who produced the revenue.
