      Management can be considerate and nice. 100% employer paid M, D, and Vision HSA contribution 401k Match

      Cons

      Expect management to be late to schedule 1 on 1s Lack of tools to provide good quality customer service experience to customers. Performance to be heavy CSAT survey based. No annual pay raises, no bonus or commissions Have to work at least one weekend a week unless your in management Schedule pick based on performance twice a year - no consistent schedule
