Great office culture and people. I look forward to coming to work everyday. Love the leave your title at the door concept. We're all equals and peers at the end of the day. We recently got an office kitten (Henry) who supplies countless hours of fun and laughter.

This is an insurance leads company marketed to the public as a tech company. I'll repeat. This is an insurance leads company marketed to the public as a tech company. Tech is last thing anybody cares about. Management would spend a year designing a button so it's just perfect, but wouldn't spend an hour on a technical discussion. Just write the code already. Make it work, somehow. You're a code monkey. What they call "different" is just another way to say "awful". In less than a year the company managed to hire over 5 very senior and experienced managers and engineers, they all left. The ones who replaced them are clueless. If that doesn't tell you something about the place, what will?
