      Pros

      - incredible group of people to work with - work life balance - giveback programs are amazing - a company that cares about its employees health and mental health - great leadership

      Cons

      - not really a con, just be prepared for rapid growth and things changing. But expectations or pressure are never too high. This could easily be a Pro if you love a fast pace with balanced view of work.

      Pros

      The best insurance company I have ever worked for, Fast, Fair and get leadership. The Lemonade community and Teamwork is the best in the business and does a wonderful job including everyone in events and projects, Even with a remote work structure.

      Cons

      Lots of claims, But that's the life of an insurance adjuster. Season claim spikes, because of Hurricanes, and wildfires, etc
