      Pros

      From the unique business model to the way we manage projects - Lemonade does things different. First principles approach, tremendous leadership, autonomy, support. Incredible and diverse group of talent who make coming to work a delight. Lemonade looks after its employees on all fronts from personal/professional development to personal health to job satisfaction Fast moving, constantly growing & evolving, ability to learn and take on new projects

      Remote work available-although I cannot wait to visit the office Culture is 1000% amazeballs I still get to use my tech brain Love being able to connect with policy holders on a personal level Support is amazing

      None so far- except I wish I lived closer to a physical office

      Pros

      Straight and direct communication amongst all teams and all roles! Encouraged to opinion and to change anything you see faulty! High motivation to create projects & ideas. Fair evaluation of performances, wonderful team care, team events, company events, lots of love and passion for the product and the people! It's a blessing to be working for Lemonade!

      Cons

      Travel policy ;) - many of us would love to be allowed/able to travel more in order to see colleagues around the globe in the other offices - yet it is not considered typical or wanted at Lemonade.
