- Pay is terrible and they do not offer annual raises - Constant changes that are not explained or communicated even though the company claims to be transparent - Lemonade claims to want feedback, but if you dare to give it, you are shamed, blocked from advancement and sometimes fired - People have been getting fired recently for no reason because no one wants to own that we are laying people off - You can only advance if you are liked by specific people in the company There used to be employee events and outings to celebrate culture and work/life balance. There used to be packages sent with launches and news. Now it feels like no one cares if you are working hard or not. There is no more appreciation, just fear of what could happen if you don't suck up to the right people. Sexism and favoritism drive Lemonade's business.
