      - Every person at the company is incredibly talented, making it an amazing experience to work here. - Working on the ML platform significantly impacts the DS models at Lemonade. - Great benefit. - Great kitchen. - Hybrid work model: 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

      True culture value, dream team ppl, you get the feeling that you are part of something really big!

      Cons

      ppl don't necessarily understand that working for such a company is for the long run! Even-though that this company adjust metrics to excellence quicker than any company I worked for in the past, there are still some ppl that expect that we should improve quicker
