      Pros

      -Good pay -Good leadership -Everyone works together -Benefits are hard to beat -The atmosphere is positive and non-toxic

      Cons

      Not really a "con" but the company is rapidly growing and it can be hard to keep pace. Lots of changes but nothing out of the ordinary! Pro's far outweigh any cons.

      Pros

      This company cares about its employees beyond just making sure we are able to successfully do our jobs. The business model is unlike anything I have come across in my 8+ years in the industry, and we all want to be better.

      Cons

      They care about us so much that I have been working from home since February. I say that to say, the only bad thing is I haven't gotten to see my work friends!
