Lemonade Insurance reviews

I started at Lemonade this week and already feel I need to share a review. First of all, the recruiting, interview, hiring and onboarding process during the displacement of COVID-19 has been stellar. It was something I was really nervous about during my job search and I've just felt so supported and welcomed the entire way. People at this company really care about making this industry better for their customers and I love how transparent everything is (customer facing AND on the backend). Not to mention Lemonade's commitment to social good is unparalleled. It is at the core of everything they do, and who would have thought I'd end up starting during the same week as their Giveback day?! Over 1M donated to their charity partners, sheesh. I'm really proud to be part of this company and even though it's early still I feel right at home and am inspired to help aid their mission.

Great business model that really focuses on the customer and charity. This is also reflected by the leaders who focus on the employees when it comes to great benefits, nice perks, and truly caring for your well-being as an employee. I feel inspired working for Lemonade.
