High school clique cult like environment. No one has experience so they are threatened by those who do and lie. Not diverse. Racially biased!

- Great culture, amazing and super helpful people. In first instance it seems like a long hiring process, but once you work there you know why. Lemonade really cares about the people and it feels like a family. - Open, beautiful office with a great atmosphere - Personally, I go to work everyday with a great feeling. It's work hard play hard, but you definitely want to do it! - Management listens to your ideas and tries to help - Amazing culture !!

I don't think I have ever literally fallen in love with a company as fast and as much as I have fallen for Lemonade. Since day 1 I started working for this company I feel that I finally found a great purpose to work for, that I make a difference and that I belong to an amazing group of talented people! I feel that I will be able to learn a ton of new things and grow extraordinarily with my role for Lemonade. I feel lucky and proud!
