      Pros

      Lots of perks, coming to work is always fun, plenty of individual attention/coaching, with room to grow

      Cons

      It's an open office and they like to play pop music, so if you're introverted and really need a quiet, focused environment, it can be a little hard to come by. They have side rooms, but often they're in use.

      They provide free food and let you work remotely. Oh & their cat?

      Cons

      The have SEVERAL interviews before they hire. Barely any formal training. They have temporary associates from agencies who join the team which they treat very differently from their official employees. They don't even hire a majority of their temps so don't bother wasting your time. There really isn't any diversity in the company & a majority of the time you will ask management a question regarding coverage and they DO NOT know the answer.
