Truly unique in the best possible way
Pros
Great kitchen, office cat, definitely feel like I'm part of a growing behemoth. Not the typical start up "cult" environment where everyone thinks they're "changing the world" but the bar is set very high and everyone is truly committed to building a great company in an industry that is often hated (insurance). Truly smart, talented, and good people are here trying to make a company that is just as profitable as it is good for society. First company I've worked at where I'm actually proud of the product and constantly impressed by what we're able to do.
Cons
It's a start up in the early phases, so lots of changes and shifts every day Direction can change on a dime sometimes Both of these "negatives" are normal though and just part of the territory of a new company. It's more exciting than anything and honestly it's refreshing to see people willing to change course as needed.
