Pros

Benefits are great. There are no other pros to this place.

Cons

Retaliation!!! Don’t fall for the “open door policy”. That’s how they weed out the new hires. There’s no training here. The pay sucks. There’s no pay raises. Your wage is your wage until you promote. You are a call center/adjuster. If you can find another job take it. Do not work for this company.

Remote Autonomy and Great Benefits!

Pros

I absolutely love it here! I never realized how burnt out I was at my previous job until switching to Lemonade where I am treated so well. I have so much autonomy, I am fully remote and able to move to many different states, and my benefits are fully paid for by the company. They even give equity in the company which is amazing. The resources and technology we have access to is wonderful and really helps with the day to day. I would say the best part has been the people - everyone is so friendly and there are always different virtual team bonding activities going on. They send gifts on your birthday, flowers when you are having surgery, and anniversary tokens each year. The CEO even hosts a town hall every couple of weeks with the entire company so we are always informed on what is going on. Great place to work!

Cons

I do wish there was more pay transparency and guaranteed annual raises. I don’t know what the pay bands are.

Pros

- Great CX and CLX team. - Amazing benefits and insurance. - 401k with company matching. - Remote. - WFH stipend and MacBook to work on. - Remote events and treats.

Cons

- Cliquey management. - Underpaid CX and CLX team. - Tries to compensate for this by paying everyone else very well. - Licensed insurance agents are paid like customer service representatives and the people making the payment decisions continue to ignore this and live comfortably. - High turnover rate for CX and CLX due to low pay. understaffed because of this. - Lack of transparency. Instead, CX and CLX are told things last minute and we’re constantly in the shadows about important topics. - Lack of empathy overall in management. - Difficult to move up because they do NOT want to pay you more.
