Horrible systems to work with. You have to use multiple platforms to work on. This is a horrible barrier overlooked. Slows you down. The system continuously crashes. The employees are not held accountable on phones so the ones who are on phones are slammed with those employees calls. You have to wait forever for managers to help you because they are overworked too. Benefits are terrible and changed for this next year. Lots of people are leaving because of the constant changes. No clear communication when changes occur. The absolute worst decision I have ever made was to move to this company. They do not share pay bands here.

Not transparent with employees when they claim to be. Grew too quickly then dropped people in mass layoffs. The work can be very stressful, and there isn’t enough support between managers and the team, and between departments. Upper management says they listen to employee concerns but it’s mostly ignored.
