Pros

Started out great then everything changed.

Cons

Piggy backing off of another employee, you have to kiss butt just to keep your job. Everyone in everybody's business instead of their own and they let go of employees while they are out on medical leave, how in the world is that even right. You have people stating they are going to quit then change their minds and still get to keep their jobs. All while others are just trying to stay afloat and not loose theirs because of some BS reason. I definitely have my Spidey senses up because obviously we are easily replaceable.

Pros

- Flexible PTO/sick time - Fully paid health/dental/vision insurance - WFH

Cons

The initial month is supposed to be training, but they don't really train you on your actual work. Instead, they teach you more about the software you'll be using, which is good, but it's also important to learn about the policies. You're not well-trained or prepped to speak to customers. Lemonade stated the job will be a mix of chats, emails, & phones. After a few weeks, the new hires were all put on just phones and were told it'll only be for a month so that we learn faster. After a few months, I spoke to my Lead about how exhausting it is to be on phones everyday b/c of the high volume & rude customers. I was told that we can only move on to chats and email days once we excel in phones, which no one was aware of. Micromanagement - Your every minute is watched and if you're inactive for more than a minute or two, it's flagged. You have to constantly let everyone know if you're taking a break, lunch, or need to use the restroom just so you don't get written up.
