Pros

-Health benefits are great; If you want dental or vision you just pay a small amount more. -Unlimited sick days (as of now) - 8 hours of PTO a month -remote (as of now)

Cons

Employees are being overworked and the environment is toxic. Wondering if they’re doing this so that they can bring in new people and pay them less. Thought the pros would outweigh the cons but at this point it’s just horrible. Once I get another job offer I’m leaving asap.

great people to work with and feel heard when upper management sucked and didn't listen to their employers

Cons

1. pay for living in NYC was terrible 2. manipulative upper management 3. favoritism 4. not safe work environment for people of color -- instances of not considering POC for upward movement in the company
