Pros

Reasonable hours, casual environment and cute parties. They have snacks.

Cons

No kick off for projects, No one to talk to about projects, you have to work backwards to find out information on a project and there really isn't any creative direction because the director is lost themselves. A lot of egos and tensions in the room. If you don't work fast enough they trade you in for a younger cheaper model so you have that racing through your head.

Good Company Culture, unless you upset senior leadership and get a target on your back.

Cons

Inside Sales is SIGNIFICANTLY underpaid for the amount of work that is done and the expectations that are present within the team. A handful of people on the team do 95% of the special projects, pilots, and implementations while 75% of the team wait 10-60 minutes between calls.
