Pros
In my experience, Lemonade is a great working environment with amazing people. I feel lucky to work for a company that aligns with my values. They give generous PTO and the benefits are amazing.
Cons
The CX department needs a lot of work. The opportunities for growth are lacking and this team is underpaid. If you have aspirations of moving to another department, those goals are often shot down, so many people feel "stuck" in their current role. We do really hard work and aren't recognized for it often. It's also hard to have a work-life balance when leads are telling you that you shouldn't use sick time or PTO because the team is "relying on you to show up".
