      Pros

      - Great start-up culture with amazing people. - Lemonade's giveback is a great foundation for the type of people that work here. People are genuine, care about others/the community and are highly motivated. - Lemonade has done a great job to keep a narrow focus on key results. In my previous experiences, there have been way too many goals and they are always 'high' priority. That is not the case here.

      Cons

      Similar to other new companies scaling quickly, it can be difficult to easily absorb increased work loads. Continue to hire more people, at all levels, quickly and stay ahead of the curve.

      Pros

      * Amazing team, always feel supported. * Company benefits are incredible. They really care about you as a person. From the great health insurance benefits they offer, to celebrating milestones with you ( birthdays, anniversaries etc.) It really does feel like family. * Excellent pay and compensation package. * Changes are always happening and we are constantly growing and moving forward! Everyday ( sometimes multiple times a day) there are updates to make our jobs easier! " we made the thing better look!" * Your voice is heard, you are validated, your opinion matters!

      Cons

      * I can hardly think of any. If I'm being extremely nit-picky, the workload can be a bit overwhelming at times, but we are also constantly hiring, growing and expanding, adding new teams, and innovating new ways to streamline processes!

      Pros

      The best insurance company I have ever worked for, Fast, Fair and get leadership. The Lemonade community and Teamwork is the best in the business and does a wonderful job including everyone in events and projects, Even with a remote work structure.

      Cons

      Lots of claims, But that's the life of an insurance adjuster. Season claim spikes, because of Hurricanes, and wildfires, etc
