      Working at Lemonade is by far one of the best work environments I've been a part of. I feel as though I can talk to anyone about anything and not only will I be heard, but I'll be encouraged to share more! The onboarding process was so much fun (I know some can be intimidating or daunting), and training was upbeat, adapted to everyone's learning style. Another good sizeable mention would be the companies drive for social good. Its incredible the drive everyone has to make a difference, if you are looking for a place where you can feel empowered, heard, and seen, Lemonade is right for you!

      If I weren't to put anything here you would be suspicious, but I truly do not have anything negative to say at this time!

      I started at Lemonade this week and already feel I need to share a review. First of all, the recruiting, interview, hiring and onboarding process during the displacement of COVID-19 has been stellar. It was something I was really nervous about during my job search and I've just felt so supported and welcomed the entire way. People at this company really care about making this industry better for their customers and I love how transparent everything is (customer facing AND on the backend). Not to mention Lemonade's commitment to social good is unparalleled. It is at the core of everything they do, and who would have thought I'd end up starting during the same week as their Giveback day?! Over 1M donated to their charity partners, sheesh. I'm really proud to be part of this company and even though it's early still I feel right at home and am inspired to help aid their mission.

      Cons

      Not being able to be at the office for my start week :(. Totally not their fault and they've done a great job with virtual onboarding.
