- Awesome people, no "hierarchy" - collaborative, family environment, that's surprisingly organic (not like some other startups that force culture on you) - transparency -- despite two offices, and different time zones, communication is frequent, and always pleasant -- the CEO is one of the nicest, most personable people. When he talks to you, you feel like he cares about you as a person, doesn't matter what you're role is. He seems to have the same level of appreciation for the customers -- Probably the most important part: this is a company that makes insurance, SO much less annoying - for its customers, but also for its employees! We leverage technology the way a tech company should. Engineers respond really fast, and are really on top of their game.
