Lemonade is the best company to work for out there. I completely changed my career trajectory to stay here and grow with the company. The company itself is disrupting and leading changes in the insurance industry, and it's such an exciting environment to be a part of. Just today, Lemonade donated over 1 million dollars to 34 nonprofits. On top of that, they've made remote work unbelievably comfortable and engaging, particularly for new hires who have never been to the office.

Cons

Only downside right now is not being able to work in the beautiful offices.
