Pros
This is a great group of people who love to collaborate, think big, and make things happen. I came from a VERY different background (journalism & the art world) and never thought I'd end up in insurance. Instead of regretting the decision I've found my new professional life to be far more rewarding and fun than my previous one (!). Lemonade can be the perfect fit for someone who is proactive, eager to grow and learn, and who wants to pivot to a new type of role (journalists, graphic designers, art directors, general wild-eyed creative types—that means you). Also, as the father of a 3-year-old, this is an incredibly generous and understanding environment for parents.
Cons
Big projects and dreams can sometimes hit the wall of budget limitations and bandwidth limitations, but that's not unique to Lemonade.
