Most of the fellow salesmen are an awesome group of people with good intentions.

Cons

ZERO training. Even a little bit would go a long way. A literal circus in a shark tank. The expectations from management are unrealistic (to put it mildly). If you aren't rude and dishonest, you aren't doing your job properly.
