Pros

The People who work there are really nice and they like each other and work well as a team, they treat customers really well/ as an Advisor there I bought customers lunch, (out of my pocket).

Cons

Upper management has no real concept of the challenges faced by the service and sales departments. They steal from their employees pay checks. Upon resignation or termination they do not pay people the commission they are due for the month prior. They also fail to provide any documentation . They are unethical and probably borderline illegally, with holding pay from employees.

Weekly pay there's nothing else good about this company nice salesman and f & I managers very good product fully stocked on all lots

Cons

Nasty management they steal from customers no trust low pay not allowed to leave the dealership even for lunch complaints not addressed
