Pros

Depending on the department /division personal and professional development is encouraged as LPS has partnered with continuing education & certification programs accessible at work or from you home via a centralized webbased platform.

Cons

There is no tuition reimbursement program and the cost for medical benefits are high for a family plan. The timeoff policy with regards to death in the family on your spouses side is not family friendly as inlaws are not included. Also, hourly positions are tend to be very rigid with little to no flexibility in scheduling.
