Beautiful Campus with free parking, on-site Cafe and Gym. Good benefits that are not too expensive. Management does its best to teach you the ropes.

Cons

Rated according to how fast work is done with quality coming in second. Management seems not to care about the effect it can have on employee morale. Some cronyism and cliques.

They are doing great things for the real estate and mortgage industries. They are the leader in the industry. The are forthright and transparent and trying to help their clients do the same.

Cons

Sometimes the work-life balance situation can be hard. The travel requirements can be tough on people with families. Depending on the division, there can be politics to contend with.

Good leadership but a lot of distractions with the industry turmoil. They need to focus on organic growth and integration.

Cons

A lot of separate divisions from acquisitions prevent good integration and make strategic decisions difficult. Creaky technology despite the investment made over the past few years.
