Pros

It is a busy job with decent benefits. Nice location. Hard to write good things about a company when you don't feel that way

Cons

Serious favoritism, poor management, lax human resources. Unclear direction. Low pay for high work volumes. Hr will not tell you what the pay scale is for your position. They lie and tell you there is not set pay scale
